Conversion of ex-miners valleys long stay hospital to 36 en-suite bedroom private hospital facility for clients with mental health issues.

The vast majority of the internal structure of the building was demolished, strengthened and completely re-organized.

Mining tunnels were filled & made structurally sound.

Design & construction have paid great attention to the security & safety of it’s clients, reaching the core standards level.

Two secure garden areas and car parks have been constructed as external works
