Job Description
Title: Multi Skilled Operative
Reports to: Works Planner
-
To carry out work projects independently which include the tasks of:
• Basic timber work e.g. studding
• Plaster boarding
• Plaster skim
• Render
• Lay tiles
• Painting and staining
• Pointing Masonry
• Seal areas using mastic
• To work independently when required.
• To ensure all work areas are clean and tidy especially at the end of the day -
• To ensure all works are carried out on time, to a high standard and safely
• To ensure that the client’s expectations are exceeded.
• To maintain high levels of customer care at all times -
• Full clean driving licence
• Health and safety training can be provided.
• If required onsite assessment related to training can be carried out. -
• Experience in carrying out tasks which include multi skilling as listed in role above.
